These are the GoldenWay Taxi terms and conditions in plain language, the same ones we tell every customer on the phone. Read them once before you book, so nothing surprises you at the drop. Where a number applies, it is written here, and the answer you get on the phone always matches this page.
Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are taken on call, WhatsApp or the booking form on the homepage, 24/7. Your booking is confirmed when we share the fare quote for your trip and car type. Before pickup you receive your driver’s name and mobile number, and for early-morning trips the car is confirmed the previous night so the departure never depends on a morning phone call.
Share your passenger count and luggage while booking, so the right car reaches you. For airport pickups, share the flight number so tracking works.
Chauffeur-Driven Only
Every booking comes with a professional, police-verified driver. GoldenWay is a chauffeur service. Self-drive rental is not offered under any booking type, for any vehicle in the fleet, from the compact sedan to the Force Urbania.
Fares and Charges
Fares are per-km by car type, as listed on the fare card, from ₹11 per km for a compact sedan to ₹17 per km for the Innova Crysta. The quote confirmed at booking stays unchanged after that, including festival and holiday periods. There is no surge pricing.
Shown separately where they apply:
- Outstation driver allowance: ₹300 per day
- Night charge for outstation driving between 10 PM and 6 AM: ₹250 flat
- Tolls, parking, permits, border and entrance fees: at actuals, paid on arrival
One-way outstation drops start from ₹1300, and airport transfers from ₹450, with the exact amount confirmed before pickup.
Distance and Time Calculation
Our Danilimda office/garage is the origin and destination point for all travel time and distance calculations. This is the standard the quote is built on, and it is applied the same way for every customer.
Airport Waiting
We track your flight, so waiting counts from your actual landing, not the scheduled one. The first 40 minutes after landing are free, and scheduled pickups carry zero waiting charges. Immigration queues and baggage delays are not your fault, and the policy is built around that.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pickup, on the same call or WhatsApp you booked on. Late cancellations may carry a small fee, which is told to you upfront before it is applied, never discovered afterwards.
Payment
Pay after the trip ends, by cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) or card. The amount is the confirmed quote plus any at-actuals items from the list above that your trip actually used, and nothing else.
Vendors and Duty Exchange
Vendor collaborations, attach-detach arrangements, duty exchange and wedding fleet tie-ups run on the same principles: fair rates, prompt settlement and clear terms, agreed on WhatsApp before the duty starts.
